GNEE is located in Anyang City, Henan Province, China. As of now, we have more than 200 employees.

We are a comprehensive, modern and high-quality enterprise integrating profile production, processing and sales.

GNEE has been focusing on the field of profiles since 2008, mainly providing heavy-duty H-shaped steel, angle steel, channel steel, flat steel, round bars, steel plates and various profiles.

We have 12 profile production lines and 7 steel plate production lines. Our series The automated production equipment is all imported.

All our profile products are supplied in accordance with American ASTM/AISI, German DIN, Japanese JIS, Chinese GB and other standards, and our ship plates have passed ABS, LR, BV, CCS, DNV, KR, NK, RINA, GL Waiting for certification from nine classification societies.

We have also obtained ISO, API, SGS, MTC and other quality certificates and can provide third-party testing, and the delivery terms can be AR, CR, TMCP, QT and N.

We strictly control product quality, from raw material procurement to production and processing, and then to finished product delivery, every link follows strict quality inspection standards. All profile products will go through multiple quality inspection processes before leaving the factory to ensure that the product's dimensional accuracy, material performance, etc. meet relevant standards and customer requirements.

We have established a 24-hour after-sales response mechanism. When customers encounter problems, they can contact our after-sales team at any time by phone, email or online customer service. After receiving customer feedback, the after-sales team will communicate with customers as soon as possible to understand the specific problems and provide solutions.

For faulty profile products, we provide professional repair services. Our technicians have rich repair experience, can quickly and accurately determine the cause of the fault, and take effective repair measures. At the same time, we also provide customers with regular maintenance services for profile products. According to the use environment and frequency of the product, we formulate personalized maintenance plans for customers, regularly inspect and maintain the products, extend the service life of the products, and reduce the product failure rate.

Our after-sales team will regularly return visits to customers to understand their use of the products and their satisfaction with after-sales services.
