In this way, it can avoid contamination or scratching of the rust layer during transport and installation.
For the case that weathering corten steel is installed first and then rusted, when the surface is rusted, for the situation that the rust will flow down from the top, the following construction posture should be taken: start from the top and gradually reduce the dose of direct spraying to avoid the accumulation of potion at the bottom of weathering corten steel, which will result in the phenomenon of blackness, if there is accumulation of water, it is recommended to use a rolling brush to clean up the accumulation of water, or the top will be easy to appear. Otherwise, the top will be easily rusted and the bottom will be overly corroded.

4.Corten weathering steel long rust third stage (outdoor more than 8 months)
