Weathering Steel Sheet Product Description
Q295NH corten welding, "Q" represents the pinyin letter of yield, "235" represents the yield strength of 235MPa, and "NH" is the pinyin letter of weather resistance.
Q295NH weathering steel plate generally adopts the process route of charging fine materials into the furnace - smelting (converter, electric furnace - microalloying - argon blowing - LF refining - low superheat continuous casting - controlled rolling and controlled cooling). During the smelting process, scrap steel is added to the furnace together with the charge.
After Q295NH corten steel structure comes out of the furnace, deoxidizer and alloy are added. The molten steel is cast immediately after being treated with argon blowing. After argon blowing and temperature adjustment, the molten steel is cast into slabs by the continuous casting machine. By adding rare earth elements, Q295NH weathering corten steel is purified and the inclusion content is greatly reduced.
Q295NH weathered steel plate is delivered in hot-rolled, normalized and normalized and tempered states. It has the characteristics of high-quality steel such as strength, plasticity, shaping, welding, abrasion, and high temperature.
Q295NH weather resistant steel is mainly used in the production of trucks, containers, buildings, towers and some structural parts to prevent atmospheric corrosion.
