DIN 17100 St37-2 Steel (1.0037 Material)
St37-2 steel (1.0037 material) is an unalloyed structural steel grade complies with DIN 17100: 1980 and has been discarded since 2004. According to German standard DIN 17100, St37 steel is divided into St37-2, USt37-2, RSt37-2 and St37-3. Material St 37 new designation is S235, and St37-2 new designation is S235JR (1.0038), the new standard is EN 10025-2: 2004.
ST52-3 steel plate material introduction:
ST52-3 is equivalent to the domestic grade Q345, (16mn) St52-3 new material number: 1.0570, old material number: 1.0841. St52-3 is characterized by its tensile strength and yield point. St52-3 is a low-alloy high-strength steel, steel number is composed of St, steel characteristic value and quality index, the method of deoxidation has a choice of steel, the corresponding mark (U or R) is placed in front of the steel number, there are special uses of steel such as: USt52-3 or RRSt37-2.
