Weathering Steel Plate Products Description
05CuPCrNi corten structural steel is a weathering steel with good weather resistance, corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. It can be used for a long time in harsh environments without rusting or corroding.
05CuPCrNi corten steel structural processing technology:
1. Cutting: 05CuPCrNi corten steel sheet cutting generally adopts flame cutting or plasma cutting. Due to the NMness and special composition of weathering steel, the cutting parameters may need to be adjusted during the cutting process to ensure the cutting quality.
2. Welding: When welding 05CuPCrNi corten steel plate, it is necessary to select appropriate welding materials and welding processes. Commonly used welding methods include manual arc welding, gas shielded welding, submerged arc welding, etc. After welding, heat treatment may be required to restore weather resistance.
3. Cold bending: 05CuPCrNi corten steel metal has good forming properties and can be cold bent to manufacture curved components.
