Corten Sheet Products Description
S355J2W corten steel structure is a high-strength low-alloy structural steel plate, which belongs to the European standard hot-rolled structural steel product. Its yield strength is 355MPa, and its impact energy grade is indicated by "J2", and the impact energy value at -20°C is 27J. In addition, "W" in the grade indicates that the steel plate is weather-resistant.
S355J2W corten steel metal implements EN10025 standard, and its delivery state can be hot-rolled, normalized or normalized rolled state. Its thickness direction performance requirements are Z15, Z25, Z35, and the conventional size range is 8-150mm in thickness, 2000-2500mm in width, and 6000-12000mm in length.
S355J2W corten weathering steel is mainly used for various structures that need to withstand atmospheric corrosion, such as vehicles, railway vehicles, rail transit, containers, nuclear power vehicles, high-speed train bogie frames, machinery manufacturing and elevators.
