SMA570P steel plate is a type of weathering steel alloyed with copper, chromium, and nickel. As a weathering steel, SMA570P Corten Steel Plate is widely used in air preheaters, economizers, railway carriages, container manufacturing, bridge construction, and architectural projects.
When our SMA570P Weathering Steel Plate is exposed to the atmosphere, it forms a protective oxide layer called patina. When compared to traditional carbon steels, this layer greatly increases the service life and stops additional corrosion.
