S355JR h profile steel is a European standard EN10025 low alloy structural steel with a yield strength of ≥355MPa, a tensile strength of 470-630MPa, and an impact energy of ≥27J at room temperature (20℃), which is suitable for load-bearing structures at normal temperatures.
Chemical composition of S355JR h profile steel: C≤0.24%, Mn≤1.60%, S/P≤0.025%, carbon equivalent (CET)≤0.45, ensuring welding performance.
Processing performance of S355JR h type steel beam: supports cold bending, cutting and various welding processes (such as submerged arc welding and gas shielded welding). After processing, heat input needs to be controlled to reduce the risk of embrittlement.
