HEM200 S355JR S355J2 h beam steel structure
S355JR h shaped steel beam material
Yield strength (ReH): minimum 355 MPa.
Tensile strength (Rm): between 470-630 MPa.
Elongation (A): at least 21% for standard specimens.
Impact energy (KV): tested at room temperature, minimum 27 J.
Application: suitable for general building structures, bridges, machinery manufacturing and other occasions that have certain requirements for steel strength but do not need to consider low-temperature toughness.
S355J2 h shaped iron beam material
Yield strength (ReH): minimum 355 MPa, the same as S355JR.
Tensile strength (Rm): between 470-630 MPa, the same as S355JR.
Elongation (A): at least 21% for standard specimens, the same as S355JR.
Impact energy (KV): minimum 27 J at -20°C, which means it has better low-temperature toughness.
Application: Suitable for applications that require good low-temperature toughness, such as building structures, bridges, offshore platforms, etc. in cold regions.
S355JR h section steel beam: If the project is located in a relatively mild area or the requirements for low-temperature environments are not high, the use of S355JR can meet the needs of most general buildings and structural engineering.
S355J2 h shaped beam: For projects that need to maintain good toughness in low-temperature environments, such as buildings, bridge construction in cold climates, or any structure that may be affected by low temperatures, S355J2 is a better choice.
