S355NL S355ML section steel HEA100 HEA120 h type beam

S355NL (low temperature toughness structural steel) h type beam
Implementation standard: EN 10025-3
Chemical composition (typical range): C≤0.20%, Si≤0.50%, Mn≤1.70%, P≤0.025%, S≤0.015%; contains trace amounts of Nb, V, Ti and other grain-refining elements.
Mechanical properties: yield strength ≥355MPa (thickness ≤16mm); tensile strength 470-630MPa; low temperature impact energy ≥27J (-50℃)1.
Delivery status: normalizing or normalizing + tempering to ensure low temperature toughness.
Applicable scenarios: bridges, offshore platforms, pressure vessels, etc. in cold areas require high impact resistance environments.


S355ML (hot-rolled fine-grained steel) steel h profile
Implementation standard: EN 10025-4
Chemical composition: C≤0.16%, Mn≤1.60%, adding Cr/Ni/Mo and other alloys, lower carbon equivalent is conducive to welding
Mechanical properties: yield strength ≥355MPa (thickness ≤16mm); tensile strength 470-630MPa; elongation ≥22%.
Delivery status: thermomechanical rolling (TMCP), no additional heat treatment required.
Applicable scenarios: heavy machinery, vehicle chassis, storage tanks and other parts that require high-strength welding performance.

 

HEA100 steel h beam
Dimensions: 96mm (height) × 100mm (width) × 5mm (web thickness) × 8mm (flange thickness).
Theoretical weight: 16.7kg/m.
Material adaptation: Can be produced as S355NL or S355ML, meeting EN 10025 standards.

 

HEA120 structural h beam
Dimensions: 114mm×120mm×5mm×8mm.
Theoretical weight: 19.9kg/m.
Material adaptation: Applicable to S355NL (normalizing treatment required) and S355ML (TMCP process).

 

Typical applications
HEA100 h-shaped beam: light-weight plant beams, equipment brackets, small bridges.
HEA120 h-shaped steel beam: medium-sized storage structures, mechanical bases, transmission towers.
Special scenarios: S355NL material is suitable for wind power towers within the Arctic Circle (resistant to -50℃ impact); S355ML is used for chemical storage tanks (high strength and pressure resistance).
