S960Q steel beam h belongs to tempered European standard high yield strength structural steel, S stands for structural steel, Q stands for delivery condition, 960 is yield value, unit MPa, can be divided into: S960Q, S960QL.

 

S960Q h shaped beam is EN 10025-6 standard grade, this standard specifies the minimum nominal thickness of the steel is 3mm, the maximum nominal thickness ≤ 150mm. S960Q h beam material itself with high strength, high toughness, fatigue resistance, impact resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, welding and easy to process and other high quality performance.

 

S960QL h section beam is a kind of high-strength steel with many advantages, its wear resistance and corrosion resistance are quite good, and it is able to work for a long time in the harsh working environment. In addition, due to its low carbon content, the steel has excellent weldability and can be processed by a variety of welding methods.

As for the mechanical properties of S960QL steel plate, the yield strength is between 690-650 MPa, the tensile strength is 770-940 MPa, the elongation is not less than 14% δ5%, and the longitudinal V-impact work is not less than 30J at -40℃.
