Products Description
S355J2 high strength low alloy Structural Steel Sheet is a low-carbon, manganese-alloyed structural steel with high tensile strength that conforms to the European standard EN 10025-2. It is widely used in construction and engineering projects due to its excellent combination of strength, toughness, and weldability.
With a minimum yield strength of 355 MPa and a tensile strength ranging from 470–630 MPa, S355J2 provides reliable performance under both static and dynamic loads.

This steel grade offers good impact resistance, with a Charpy V-notch impact energy of at least 27 J at –20 °C, making it suitable for applications in cold environments. Its low carbon content ensures easy welding and fabrication, allowing for complex structural designs in bridges, buildings, offshore platforms, and heavy machinery.
Additionally, S355J2 plates are available in a wide range of thicknesses and can be cut-to-size or surface-treated for specialized applications, offering flexibility for diverse engineering needs.
