Q500D Round Bar Products Composition
The chemical composition of Q500D round bar mainly includes carbon (C), silicon (Si), manganese (Mn), molybdenum (Mo), phosphorus (P), sulfur (S), chromium (Cr), copper (Cu), cadmium (Cd), vanadium (V), titanium (Ti), aluminium (Al), niobium (Nb), nitrogen (N), potassium (K) and other elements. Among them, the content of carbon is between 0.18-0.22%, the content of silicon is not more than 0.60%, the content of manganese is between 1.70-2.00%, the content of molybdenum is not more than 0.10%, the content of phosphorus is not more than 0.030%, the content of sulfur is not more than 0.025%, the content of chromium is not more than 0.35%, the content of copper is not more than 0.35%, the content of cadmium is not more than 0.03 per cent, vanadium not exceeding 0.20 per cent, titanium not exceeding 0.20 per cent, aluminium not less than 0.015 per cent, niobium not exceeding 0.05 per cent, nitrogen not exceeding 0.015 per cent and potassium not exceeding 0.05 per cent.
