• High temperature resistance: SUS309S round bar has excellent high temperature resistance, the maximum use temperature can reach about 1000℃. Under high temperature environment, it can maintain good strength and NMness, suitable for use in high temperature stress environment.
• Corrosion resistance: SUS309S round bar has good resistance to corrosive media such as oxidising and reducing acids, chloride ions and sulphides. It can resist the erosion of acids, alkalis, salts and other chemicals, especially suitable for complex corrosive environments.
• Processing performance: SUS309S round bar has good processing performance and can be made into various shapes of parts by cold rolling, hot rolling, forging and other processes. Its cold and hot working performance is good, good plasticity and toughness, not easy to produce cracks and other defects.
• Welding performance: SUS309S round bar has good welding performance, suitable for a variety of welding methods, such as argon arc welding, electric arc welding. The welded joints have high strength and good corrosion resistance.
• Physical properties: the density of SUS309S round bar is 7.93g/cm³, NMness ≤ 187HB, tensile strength ≥ 520MPa, yield strength ≥ 205MPa, elongation ≥ 40%.

• High-temperature equipment: It is widely used in high-temperature equipment in petrochemical, chemical and electric power industries, such as petrochemical equipment, furnace tubes, heat exchangers, boilers, combustion chambers and so on.
• Automotive exhaust system: due to its high temperature and corrosion resistance, it can be used to manufacture automotive exhaust manifolds, exhaust pipes and other components.
• Chemical equipment: used to manufacture high temperature parts in chemical equipment, such as heat exchangers, reactors, etc.
• Food processing equipment: due to its good corrosion resistance and hygiene performance, it can be used to manufacture high temperature parts in food processing equipment, such as ovens, ovens, etc..

Q: What is your delivery time?

A: For stocks, we could transport the goods to loading port within 3 days after we received your deposit
For production period, it usually takes about 7-15 days after receiving the deposit.

Q: Can you provide sample ?

A: We can provide the small samples in stock for free, as long as you contact us.

Q: What is your terms of payment?

A: 30% T/T as the upfront deposit, 70% before delivery. We will show you the photos of products and package before you pay the balance.
