Ship Building Steel Plate Product Description
CCS shipbuilding steel plate is a ship plate certified by China Classification Society. It refers to thin steel plates and thick steel plates produced with special structural steel for shipbuilding. It is used to manufacture the hull structure of ships sailing in the ocean, coastal and inland rivers.
CCS shipbuilding structural steel includes carbon steel and low alloy steel, and the steel number is marked with C (ship) at the end. Carbon steels include 2C, 3C, 4C and 5C, and low alloy steels include 12MnC, 16MnC, 15MnTiC, 14MnVTiReC and other steel types with thicknesses of 2.5~50mm.
Offshore steel includes general strength A, B, D, E grades and high strength AH32, DH32, EH32, AH36, DH36, EH36 grades; general strength A and B grade ship plates have different production processes due to process and mechanical performance requirements. Relatively simple; while the production of D, E-grade and high-strength ship plates needs to be realized through controlled rolling and controlled cooling process or heat treatment process, and the equipment and equipment are relatively complete.
