Inconel625 alloy round steel is molybdenum, niobium as the main reinforcing element of the solid solution strengthened nickel-based deformation of high-temperature alloys, with excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance, from low temperature to 980 ℃ have good tensile properties and fatigue properties, and resistance to stress corrosion in the salt spray atmosphere. Therefore, it can be widely used in the manufacture of aircraft engine parts, aerospace structural components and chemical equipment.

Alloy 625 round bars exhibit excellent corrosion resistance in many media. Excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, intergranular corrosion and erosion in chloride media. Excellent resistance to inorganic acid corrosion such as nitric, phosphoric, sulfuric and hydrochloric acids, as well as alkali and organic acid corrosion in oxidizing and reducing environments. Effective resistance to chloride ion reductive stress corrosion cracking. Virtually no corrosion in seawater and industrial gas environments, high corrosion resistance to seawater and salt solutions, also at high temperatures. No sensitivity during welding. Resistant to carbonization and oxidation in both static and cyclic environments and resistant to corrosion by gases containing chlorine.

 

 

Soft annealed low carbon alloy 625 is widely used in the chemical process industry, where better corrosion resistance and high strength enable it to be used as a thin structural component. alloy 625 can be used in applications where it comes into contact with seawater and is subjected to high mechanical stress. Typical application areas:

 

1. Components for organic chemical processes containing chlorides, especially where acid chloride catalysts are used;
