Mild Angle Steel Production Process
Hot rolling process: Heat the low-carbon steel billet to a high temperature and put it in a thermoplastic state. The billet is rolled by the rolling mill rollers and gradually rolled into a 90mm×90mm×16mm angle steel shape.
Cold rolling process: Further processing of the hot-rolled angle steel, rolling the steel through a cold rolling mill at room temperature. Cold rolling can improve the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the angle steel, making its surface smoother and the size more precise.
Surface treatment: In order to improve the corrosion resistance and aesthetics of angle steel, surface treatment will be carried out during the production process, such as galvanizing, painting, plastic spraying, etc.
