Q275 Angle Steel Grade Comparison
Q275A steel angle iron
Chemical composition: carbon content (C) ≤ 0.24%, silicon content (Si) ≤ 0.35%, manganese content (Mn) ≤ 1.50%, phosphorus content (P) ≤ 0.045%, sulfur content (S) ≤ 0.045%.
Mechanical properties: yield strength ≥ 275MPa when thickness ≤ 16mm, decreases with increasing thickness, and tensile strength is in the range of 410-540MPa.
Q275B steel iron angle
Chemical composition: carbon content is usually in the range of 0.14%-0.22%. Manganese content is generally 0.30%-0.65%, silicon content ≤ 0.35%, phosphorus content ≤ 0.040%, and sulfur content ≤ 0.040%.
Mechanical properties: yield strength and tensile strength are similar to Q275A, comprehensive mechanical properties are better than Q275A, and impact resistance at room temperature is better.
Q275C hot rolled steel angle
Chemical composition: carbon content is basically the same as Q275B, phosphorus content ≤0.035%, sulfur content ≤0.035%.
Mechanical properties: strength is higher than Q275B, toughness and cold bending performance are better than Q275B, can meet the requirements of some important structural parts, and perform better in low temperature environment.
Q275D angle steel bar
Chemical composition: phosphorus content ≤0.030%, sulfur content ≤0.030%. More stringent requirements on harmful elements are conducive to improving the quality and performance of steel.
Mechanical properties: It has the best impact toughness in the Q275 series and can work reliably in extremely low temperature environments.
