100 x 100 x 8 Mild Steel Equal Angle Production Process
Hot rolling process: heat the steel billet to 1100-1250°C, roll it through the rough rolling mill, and then roll it through the finishing mill for multiple passes. Control the rolling speed, temperature, and reduction parameters to make the angle steel meet the dimensional accuracy and surface quality requirements. After rolling, air cool or use controlled cooling technology, and then carry out straightening, cutting and surface treatment.
Cold rolling process: Using hot-rolled angle steel as raw material, rolling it through a cold rolling mill at room temperature can improve the dimensional accuracy and surface finish of the angle steel and improve the mechanical properties. After cold rolling, annealing, pickling, passivation and other treatments are required to eliminate processing stress, remove surface oxide scale and improve corrosion resistance.
