304 stainless steel h type steel beam is a common stainless steel material, its chemical composition includes: chromium (Cr) content of 18-20%, nickel (Ni) content of 8-10.5%. This material has excellent corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties, and is widely used in many fields, such as food processing, chemical industry, medical equipment and so on.
304L ss beam is a lower carbon version of 304 stainless steel, with a carbon (C) content controlled to less than 0.03%. The reduced carbon content improves welding performance and corrosion resistance, making it more suitable for use in corrosive environments. Therefore, 304L stainless steel steel beam h is often used in welded structures, equipment and containers in corrosive environments.
304N stainless steel h profile steel is based on 304 stainless steel added nitrogen (N) element, nitrogen content of 0.1-0.16%. The addition of nitrogen can improve the strength and corrosion resistance of the material, but also improve the processing performance of the material. Therefore, 304N stainless steel is often used in high strength requirements and corrosion resistance requirements of high occasions, such as chemical equipment, marine environment.
304LN stainless steel is based on 304 stainless steel added nitrogen (N) elements and niobium (Nb) elements, so that the material has a better resistance to intergranular corrosion properties. This material is usually used for equipment in high temperature and highly corrosive environments, such as nuclear reactors in nuclear power plants.
304L stainless steel h beam profile is a low carbon version for welding and corrosive environments. 304N stainless steel h steel profile has added nitrogen for higher strength and corrosion resistance. 304LN stainless steel h profile adds the element niobium to 304N stainless steel beams for better resistance to intergranular corrosion. Niobium is added to 304N stainless steel beams to provide better resistance to intergranular corrosion.
