309 stainless steel h beam does not contain sulfur S content compared to 309S stainless h beam.
309S stainless steel is a high-alloy SS material, belonging to the austenitic stainless steel series. It is mainly composed of chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni), molybdenum (Mo) and a small amount of titanium (Ti) and other elements.
The main features of 309S stainless steel steel h profile include:
1. high temperature resistance: 309S stainless steel can be used stably for a long time in a high temperature environment, with excellent high temperature resistance; 2. oxidation resistance: 309S SS chromium, nickel composition makes it possible to form a dense oxidation layer, which provides excellent antioxidant properties; 3. good corrosion resistance: 309S ss bean has a better resistance to acid, alkali and salt corrosion; 4. resistance to intergranular corrosion Resistance to intergranular corrosion: 309S stainless steel h section's low carbon content and moderate amount of titanium can effectively reduce the risk of intergranular corrosion; 5. Good processability: 309S stainless steel h beam is easy to process, bend and weld, and is suitable for a variety of process requirements.
309S stainless steel chemical composition:
Cr: about 22-24%, provides 309S h beam section excellent corrosion resistance;
Ni: about 12-15%, making 309S h steel profile has good oxidation resistance and high temperature resistance;
Mo: about 2-3%, improves its resistance in high temperature corrosive environment;
Ti: about 0.15-0.30%, can prevent intergranular corrosion of stainless steel in welding.
309S structural steel beam is widely used in petrochemical, chemical, metallurgical and other industries in the field of high temperature and corrosive engineering because of its high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and good processing performance.
