Carbon (C): ≤0.29%, providing basic strength and NMness.
Manganese (Mn): 0.80%-1.20%, improving the strength and toughness of steel.
Silicon (Si): ≤0.40%, improving welding performance.
Phosphorus (P), sulfur (S): ≤0.04% respectively, which need to be strictly controlled to avoid hot brittleness and cold brittleness.
