W10x112 w flange beam: It is made of A992 material as W10x100 h beam wide flange, and its mechanical properties are roughly similar. However, due to the different cross-sectional dimensions, the load-bearing capacity and deformation characteristics under actual stress will be different.

Production process of A992 w flange beam
A992 h shaped steel is usually produced by hot rolling.
First, the steel billet obtained by steelmaking is heated to a suitable temperature, and then the steel billet is gradually rolled into the required H-shaped steel shape through multiple rolling processes.
During the rolling process, the dimensional accuracy, surface quality and mechanical properties of the steel are guaranteed by controlling the process parameters such as rolling temperature, speed and reduction.
After rolling is completed, subsequent processing steps such as cooling, straightening, and flaw detection will be carried out to ensure that the products meet relevant standards and quality requirements.
