Chemical composition: C≤0.22%, Mn≤1.60%, Si≤0.55%, containing trace alloy elements (such as Cr, Ni).
Mechanical properties: yield strength ≥340MPa, tensile strength 470-630MPa, elongation ≥20%; suitable for normal temperature environment, good weldability, but slightly inferior to S355J2 in low temperature toughness.
Corresponding domestic materials: similar to Q345B, suitable for general industrial buildings and bridges.
S355J2 h shaped beam material characteristics
Chemical composition: C ≤ 0.24%, Cu ≤ 0.55%, other alloy elements are similar to S355JR.
Mechanical properties: yield strength ≥ 320MPa, tensile strength 470-630MPa, low temperature impact energy (-20℃) ≥ 47J; excellent low temperature toughness, suitable for cold areas or scenes requiring brittle fracture resistance.
Corresponding domestic materials: similar to Q345D, suitable for high load and low temperature environment engineering.
