The chemical composition of S235J0 H-shaped steel includes carbon (C), silicon (Si), manganese (Mn), phosphorus (P) and sulfur (S). The contents of these components are: carbon (C) ≤ 0.20%, silicon (Si) ≤ 0.55%, manganese (Mn) ≤ 1.60%, phosphorus (P) ≤ 0.040%, sulfur (S) ≤ 0.040%.
The mechanical properties of S235J0 building steel include tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and impact absorption energy. Its tensile strength is 330-510MPa, yield strength is 165-235MPa, elongation ≥ 24%, and 0°C impact absorption energy is ≥ 27J.
