S275JR H Beam Profile

 

The cross section of S275JR is "H" shaped, consisting of two parallel flanges and a web connecting them. It is a hot-rolled structural steel H-beam specified in the European standard EN 10025.

 

Chemical composition of S275JR h type beam

Carbon (C): usually less than 0.17%.

Silicon (Si): appropriate amount to improve strength and toughness.

Manganese (Mn): appropriate content.

Phosphorus (P): ≤0.045%.

Sulfur (S): ≤0.045%.

Yield strength: not less than 275 MPa.

Tensile strength: 410 - 560 MPa.

Elongation: good elongation performance can ensure the deformation ability of the material under stress.

Impact toughness: The impact test is carried out at 20℃, with good toughness and not easy to brittle fracture.

Production process of S275JR h section steel beam
