Basic elements: C≤0.20% (partially allowed 0.22%), Si≤0.55%, Mn≤1.60%, P≤0.040%, S≤0.040%.
Alloy elements: Cr≤0.30%, Ni≤0.50%, Cu≤0.55%, Mo≤0.10%, Al≤0.030%, Ti≤0.050%.
Mechanical properties
Yield strength: ≥355MPa (when thickness ≤16mm, it decreases slightly with increasing thickness)
Tensile strength: 470-630MPa
Impact toughness: 0℃ impact energy ≥27J, some require -20℃ impact energy ≥27J
Elongation: ≥22%
Process performance
1. Excellent weldability, supporting arc welding, gas shielded welding and other processes.
2. Good processing performance, can adapt to hot rolling, normalizing and other processes, corrosion resistance is suitable for marine, chemical and other environments
