S355J2 Hot Rolled Structural H Steel Beams
S355J2 structural H-beam contains up to 0.22% carbon, 1.60% manganese, 0.55% silicon, 0.035% phosphorus, 0.035% sulfur and 0.55% copper, and may contain other alloying elements to enhance performance.
S355J2 hot rolled H-beam has a minimum yield strength of 355 MPa and a minimum tensile strength of 470-630 MPa. It also has good impact toughness, especially at low temperatures. The "J2" in its name indicates an energy of 27 joules at -20°C.
