Products Description
S275JR is a low-carbon manganese structural steel that complies with EN 10025-2 standard. It offers excellent weldability and workability. With a carbon content of no more than 0.25%, it ensures good toughness and ductility, making it highly suitable for cutting, drilling, punching, and machining.
In terms of mechanical properties, S275JR provides a minimum yield strength of 275 MPa, a tensile strength range of 410–560 MPa, and an elongation of 20% or more. It also delivers a minimum impact energy of 27 J at room temperature, demonstrating reliable impact resistance and structural safety.

Thanks to these advantages, S275JR is widely used in building frameworks, bridges, road guardrails, power transmission towers, machinery bases, and equipment supports. It is a versatile structural steel that combines both strength and toughness.
