S235 structural steel plate is a widely used carbon structural steel grade that complies with EN 10025-2 standard. It offers a minimum yield strength of 235 MPa, a tensile strength range of 360–510 MPa, and excellent toughness and ductility.

 

With an elongation of ≥ 20% (measured over 200 mm), S235 steel plate provides reliable performance under stress and vibration, making it suitable for demanding engineering applications.

S235 steel plate can be easily welded, cut, bent, and riveted, supporting a broad range of fabrication processes. Typical thickness ranges from 6–150 mm, widths can reach up to 3000 mm, and lengths are available up to 12 m, with customized dimensions available upon request.
