Alloy Steel Bar Product Description
20MnCr5 alloy steel bar is an alloy structural steel. This kind of steel is imported from Germany and is equivalent to my country's 20CrMn steel. It belongs to the carburizing steel category and can also be used as quenched and tempered steel.
20MnCr5 round metal rod has high strength and toughness, good NMenability, and the performance obtained after heat treatment is better than 20Cr. In addition, this kind of steel has small quenching deformation, good low-temperature toughness, and good cutting performance, but its welding performance is low.
In applications, 20MnCr5 round rod is usually used to manufacture and heavy-duty large-section quenched and tempered parts and small-section carburized parts, such as gears, shafts, spindles, friction wheels of transmission equipment, worms, sleeves of speed regulators, etc. .
At the same time, 20MnCr5 solid round bar is also widely used to manufacture small and medium-sized parts with medium load and low impact, and can be used as a substitute for 20CrNi.
