40Cr round bar is a national standard grade. After quenching and tempering, 40Cr round steel has good comprehensive mechanical properties, good low-temperature impact toughness, good NMenability, and high fatigue limit after oil quenching.
40Cr steel round bar also has good machinability. When the NMness is 174-229HB, the machinability is 60%. 40Cr round stock steel can be widely used in the machinery manufacturing industry.
40Cr round metal bar is a good material for making medium-sized plastic molds. After proper heat treatment, it has good toughness, plasticity and wear resistance.
