Nickel Alloy GH4169 Round Bar

Composition and Properties: GH4169 round bar is mainly composed of nickel (Ni), chromium (Cr), iron (Fe), molybdenum (Mo), cobalt (Co), and a small amount of aluminium (Al) and titanium (Ti) and other elements. These elements give GH4169 excellent high-temperature resistance, able to maintain excellent strength and toughness in a wide range of temperatures. In particular, its yield strength ranks first among deformed high-temperature alloys at temperatures below 650℃.

GH4169 Round Bar Products Production Process

The manufacturing process of GH4169 round bar includes raw material preparation, melting, casting or forging, heat treatment, machining and testing. Melting adopts vacuum induction melting or electric arc furnace melting technology to ensure composition uniformity and purity. Heat treatment is a key step to optimise the microstructure of the alloy through solid solution treatment and aging treatment to further enhance its comprehensive performance.

A: For stocks, we could transport the goods to loading port within 3 days after we received your deposit
For production period, it usually takes about 7-15 days after receiving the deposit.
