The chemical composition of ASTM1060 round bar mainly includes carbon (C: 0.55-0.65%), manganese (Mn: 0.60-0.90%) and phosphorus (P: ≤0.040%). Its mechanical properties, ASTM 1060 steel mechanical strength is relatively low, but plasticity and toughness is good, suitable for applications that require cold working and moulding to obtain the desired shape.

• Springs: due to its moderate strength and NMness, ASTM 1060 round bar is commonly used in the manufacture of springs, providing moderate elasticity and NMness.
• Threaded rods and bolts: It is suitable for manufacturing some parts such as threaded rods and bolts that do not require too much strength but need some NMness and durability.
• Cutting tools and edged tools: used to manufacture some general types of cutting tools and edged tools to meet some general cutting requirements.
• Shafts and bearings: commonly used in the manufacture of shafts and bearings that require high toughness and are subject to shock loads..

A: For stocks, we could transport the goods to loading port within 3 days after we received your deposit
For production period, it usually takes about 7-15 days after receiving the deposit.

Q: Can you provide sample ?

A: We can provide the small samples in stock for free, as long as you contact us.

Q: What is your terms of payment?

A: 30% T/T as the upfront deposit, 70% before delivery. We will show you the photos of products and package before you pay the balance.
