Because of its high strength and wear resistance, 50Mn round bar is commonly used in the manufacture of heat-treated parts under high loads, such as gears, gear shafts and mandrels. Its high NMenability, heat treatment strength, NMness, elasticity are higher than ordinary 50 steel, suitable for the manufacture of stress-bearing parts and high wear-resistant parts.12 In addition, high-frequency quenching of 50Mn round bar can also be used to manufacture train shafts, worm gears, connecting rods and automotive crankshafts and so on.
