The chemical composition of YF45MnV round bar includes carbon, silicon, manganese, sulphur, phosphorus, vanadium, chromium, nickel, copper, molybdenum, nitrogen and other elements as follows:
- Carbon (C): 0.42 ~ 0.49%
- Silicon (Si): 0.3 ~ 0.6%
- Manganese (Mn): 1.0~1.5%
- Sulfur (S): 0.035-0.075%
- Phosphorus (P): ≤ 0.035%
- Vanadium (V): 0.06-0.13%
- Chromium (Cr): ≤ 0.3%
- Nickel (Ni): ≤ 0.3%
- Copper (Cu): ≤ 0.3%
- Molybdenum (Mo): ≤ 0.05%
- Nitrogen (N): 0.008-0.02%.
The mechanical properties of YF45MnV round bar include:
- Tensile strength (σb): ≥810 MPa
- Yield strength (σs): ≥490 MPa
- Elongation (δ5): ≥12%
- Sectional shrinkage (ψ): ≥28
- Impact work (Akv): ≥25 J.
