Hot Rolled S275J0 Structural Steel H Beam

S275J0 H-beam is a European standard hot-rolled structural steel that complies with EN 10025-2:2004. H-beam is a steel with an H-shaped cross-section. It is a high-efficiency steel with a more optimized cross-sectional area distribution and a more reasonable strength-to-weight ratio.

Nitrogen (N): ≤0.0090% (N max is not applicable when Al≥0.020).

Tensile strength: 410 - 560 MPa for thickness 3.00 - 16.0 mm and 63.0 - 80.0 mm; 430 - 580 MPa for thickness ≤1.00 mm.
Yield strength: 275 MPa for thickness ≤1.00 mm and 3.00 - 16.0 mm; 245 MPa for thickness 63.0 - 80.0 mm.
Elongation at break: 22% longitudinal elongation and 20% transverse elongation for thickness 3.00 - 16.0 mm; 20% longitudinal elongation and 18% transverse elongation for thickness 63.0 - 80.0 mm; 14% longitudinal elongation and 12% transverse elongation for thickness ≤1.00 mm.

Characteristics of S275J0 h beam steel structure

Good weldability and machinability: It can be easily welded with other weldable steels, has good cold forming performance, and is easy to process and manufacture.
