UB 533x210x109 S355JR Universal Structural Beam Steel
UB 533×210×109 universal structural steel beam adopts H-section design, which has both high bending resistance and lightweight structural advantages.
UB 533×210×109 universal beam is a British standard hot-rolled H-beam with a section height of 539.5mm, a flange width of 210.8mm, a web thickness of 11.6mm, a flange thickness of 18.8mm, and a theoretical weight of 109kg/m.
S355JR material h beam is a low-alloy high-strength structural steel that complies with the EN 10025-2 standard, corresponding to the domestic grade Q345B, and the impact energy at room temperature (20℃) is ≥27J. S355JR implementation standards include EN 10034 (steel size) and EN 1090-1/2 (building structure certification).
Chemical composition of S355JR h beam: carbon (C) ≤ 0.22%, manganese (Mn) ≤ 1.60%, silicon (Si) ≤ 0.55%, phosphorus (P), sulfur (S) ≤ 0.025%.
Mechanical properties of S355JR h section steel: yield strength ≥ 355MPa, tensile strength 470-630MPa, elongation ≥ 20%.
Impact toughness of S355JR h shaped steel: impact energy ≥ 27J at room temperature (20℃), meeting the needs of general industry and building structures.
Production process of S355JR UB 533×210×109
Multi-pass hot rolling process is adopted, with a final rolling temperature of 800-900℃. After natural cooling, the structure is uniform and the residual stress is low.
Some products are normalized to optimize the internal grain structure and improve cutting performance.
Processing adaptability of S355JR UB 533×210×109 h shaped beam
Welding performance: Recommended preheating temperature is 100-150℃, supporting arc welding, submerged arc welding and gas shielded welding, and heat input needs to be controlled to avoid cracks.
Cutting and forming: Compatible with flame cutting, plasma cutting and cold bending processing, and local overheating should be avoided to reduce material performance.
Application of S355JR UB 533×210×109 h type beam Heavy construction: high-rise building frames, industrial plant support beams and large-span roof structures.
Bridge engineering: main load-bearing beams and connecting parts of railway/highway bridges, adapted to high load requirements.
Ship and machinery: ship deck support, engineering machinery chassis and heavy equipment frame.
