High Strength Low Alloy Product Description
Q460 hsla steel is a low-alloy high-strength steel. Q460 low alloy steel means that the steel will plastically deform only when its strength reaches a certain value. This strength is greater than ordinary steel.
Q460 high strength low alloy steel plate: Q represents the yield strength of steel; 460 represents 460 MPa. The quality grades are divided into C, D and E; when Q460 low alloy steel plates are required to have thickness direction performance, add a symbol representing the thickness direction (Z direction) performance grade after the above grade, for example: Q460CZ15.
Q460 high strength low alloy steel sheet appropriately increases the content of micro-alloying elements on the basis of ensuring low carbon equivalent. The increase of micro-alloying elements improves the strength of the steel and also increases the carbon equivalent of the steel.
