Cold Rolled I Beams Products Classification
The production process of cold rolled I-beam mainly includes the following steps:
- Billet feeding: high-quality billets are selected, and the primary rolled billets are obtained through the steps of hot feeding, hot loading and hot rolling.
- Pickling treatment: the cold plate I-beam is immersed in the pickling tank for pickling treatment to remove surface oxides and corrosion.
- Cold Rolling: The billet after pickling treatment is fed into the cold rolling mill for cold rolling, so as to get the cold plate I-beam.
- Cutting: The cold plate I-beam is cut according to the required length.
