Hot Rolled I Beams Products Production Process
The production of hot rolled I-beam mainly includes the steps of steel making, continuous casting and rolling. In the steelmaking process, the iron ore is melted at high temperatures and impurities are removed to obtain pure steel; continuous casting casts the steel into a certain shape of the billet; and finally, the billet is processed into an I-beam cross-section of steel through the rolling of the hot rolling unit.
