- Chemical composition: It mainly contains elements such as carbon (C), silicon (Si), manganese (Mn), sulphur (S) and phosphorus (P). Among them, the carbon content is about 0.05-0.20%, the manganese content is about 1.40-1.75%, and the content of impurity elements such as sulfur and phosphorus is controlled at a low level.
- Mechanical properties: Its yield strength and tensile strength vary according to the thickness of the steel. When the thickness is less than or equal to 16mm, the yield strength is ≥245MPa and the tensile strength is 400MPa-510MPa; when the thickness is between 16mm and 40mm, the yield strength is ≥235MPa and the tensile strength is 400MPa-510MPa; when the thickness is between 40mm and 100mm, the yield strength is ≥215MPa and the tensile strength is 400MPa-510MPa; when the thickness is greater than 100mm, the yield strength is ≥215MPa and the tensile strength is 400MPa-510MPa. 510MPa; thickness greater than 100mm, yield strength ≥ 205MPa, tensile strength 400MPa-510MPa.
