9CR06WMN die steel heat treatment specification
Quenching: Preheat to 550℃~650℃, then heat to 800~850℃ and NMen in oil.
Tempering: Heat to 150℃~200℃, stay at this temperature, and then quench in still air.
Hardness: HRC60℃ or above
Annealing: Heat to 750~800℃, stay at this temperature for one to three hours, and let it cool gradually in the furnace.
