Our Hot Rolled Steel H Beams, available in three premium material grades-A36, Q235, and Q345-and a range of 精准 (precision-engineered) sizes including 100X100X6X8, 125X125, 150X150X7X10, and 175X175, represent a versatile and high-performance solution for diverse structural engineering needs. Each material grade is tailored to deliver specific mechanical properties, while the standardized hot-rolled profiles ensure consistent dimensional accuracy and structural reliability across all size variants.

Material Grade Advantages

ASTM A36: A globally recognized carbon structural steel grade, A36 exhibits a minimum yield strength of 36 ksi (250 MPa) and tensile strength of 40-55 ksi (276-379 MPa). With a nominal carbon content of 0.25-0.29%, it balances excellent weldability, ductility, and cost-effectiveness, making it ideal for general structural applications like building frames, bridges, and machinery supports.

Q235: Compliant with Chinese GB/T 700 standards, Q235 is a low-carbon structural steel with a minimum yield strength of 235 MPa and tensile strength of 375-500 MPa. Its superior formability and impact resistance at ambient temperatures suit it for light to medium-load structures, such as prefabricated buildings, storage racks, and non-critical industrial components.

Q345: A high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) steel grade (equivalent to ASTM A572 Grade 50), Q345 offers a minimum yield strength of 345 MPa and tensile strength of 470-630 MPa. Enhanced with alloying elements like manganese and silicon, it delivers exceptional load-bearing capacity and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for heavy-duty structures, offshore platforms, and high-rise building columns.

Precision Hot-Rolled Profiles

The hot-rolled manufacturing process is central to the performance of these H beams. Steel billets are heated to over 1,000°C, then extruded and rolled through specialized stands to form the iconic "H" cross-section-consisting of two parallel flanges (the horizontal components) and a central web (the vertical component). This process refines the material's grain structure, enhancing tensile strength and structural integrity while creating a smooth, uniform surface that reduces post-processing needs.

The specified sizes are engineered to address varied load requirements:

100X100X6X8: Denoting a flange width of 100mm, web height of 100mm, web thickness of 6mm, and flange thickness of 8mm, this compact profile is ideal for lightweight structural elements like partition frames and small-scale support beams.

125X125: A medium-sized profile with symmetric 125mm flanges and web height (web and flange thickness vary by standard), it balances load capacity and weight, suitable for residential building floors and medium-span trusses.

150X150X7X10: Featuring a 150mm flange/web height, 7mm web thickness, and 10mm flange thickness, this profile offers increased rigidity for commercial building columns and industrial machinery bases.

175X175: A heavy-duty option with 175mm flanges and web height, it provides maximum load-bearing capacity for large-span bridges, warehouse roofs, and heavy equipment supports.

Application Versatility & Quality Assurance

All H beams undergo strict quality control measures, including tensile, yield, and elongation testing, to ensure compliance with respective material standards (ASTM for A36, GB/T for Q235/Q345). Their H-shaped design optimizes load distribution: flanges resist bending and axial forces, while the web efficiently transfers shear stress, minimizing material waste while maximizing structural performance.

Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications (with optional anti-corrosion coatings like galvanization or epoxy painting), these hot-rolled H beams cater to industries ranging from construction and infrastructure to manufacturing and energy. Whether for new builds, renovations, or custom fabrication projects, our A36, Q235, and Q345 H beams deliver the strength, versatility, and reliability required to meet the most demanding structural challenges.
