Alloy elements of nickel

Nickel alloys are divided into nickel based corrosion-resistant alloys, which have high strength, oxidation resistance, and gas corrosion resistance at high temperatures of 650-1000 ℃, and are used in high-temperature alloys.

The main alloying elements of nickel based wear-resistant alloys are copper, chromium, and molybdenum. It has good comprehensive performance and can withstand various acid corrosion and stress corrosion.

The main alloying elements of nickel based precision alloys are chromium, molybdenum, tungsten, and also contain small amounts of niobium, tantalum, and indium. In addition to its wear resistance, it also has good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and welding performance.

Nickel based shape memory alloy nickel based electric heating alloy is a nickel alloy containing 20% chromium, which has good oxidation and corrosion resistance and can be used for a long time at temperatures ranging from 1000 to 1100 ℃.

Nickel based shape memory alloy titanium 50 (at)% nickel alloy. Its recovery temperature is 70 ℃, and its shape memory effect is good. A small change in the proportion of nickel titanium components can cause the recovery temperature to change within the range of 30-100 ℃.

It is generally applied in high-temperature environments above 540 ℃, and different alloy designs are selected according to its usage situation. It is mostly used in special corrosion-resistant environments, high-temperature corrosive environments, and equipment that requires high-temperature mechanical strength.
