Q500C Steel Plate is a high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) steel plate produced according to the GB/T1591-2008 standard. Designed for structural applications that require excellent strength, toughness, and weldability, Q500C is primarily used in industries where both performance and durability are critical.

Its properties make it suitable for use in construction, heavy machinery, and steel structures, especially in environments with dynamic loads and harsh operating conditions.

Yield Strength: ≥ 500 MPa

Tensile Strength: 640–800 MPa

Elongation: ≥ 18% in 200mm

Impact Toughness: Minimum 27J at 0°C (Charpy V-notch)

Weldability: Excellent, suitable for high-strength welded structures and components.

Cold Formability: Good, ensuring versatility in various shaping processes.

 

These characteristics make Q500C steel plate ideal for heavy-duty applications, including bridges, steel structures, construction machinery,
