Products Application
1. Structural Girders and Main Load-Bearing Components
Q275 steel plate is widely used in bridge girders, main beams, and primary load-bearing components due to its yield strength of ≥275 MPa and tensile strength of 410–560 MPa.
The steel's elongation of 23% or more provides excellent ductility, allowing it to withstand heavy vehicle loads, dynamic stresses, and environmental effects such as wind and temperature changes.
Its good weldability and formability enable precise fabrication and assembly of complex bridge structures.
2. Deck Plates, Reinforcements, and Secondary Structures
In addition to main girders, Q275 plates are also used for bridge deck plates, cross beams, and reinforcement elements, where durability and toughness are essential.
