Hot rolled structural carbon steel profiles, as essential core materials in modern construction, machinery manufacturing and engineering projects, cover a diverse range of types to meet the varied structural and load-bearing requirements of different applications. Our product portfolio includes hot rolled ASTM A36 and Q345B angle steel, Z-shaped steel, I-shaped steel, C-shaped steel, and H-shaped steel, all manufactured from high-quality carbon steel and processed through advanced hot-rolling technology, ensuring superior mechanical properties, stable structural performance and excellent applicability in heavy-duty and large-scale engineering scenarios.

In terms of material grades, our structural carbon steel profiles mainly adopt ASTM A36 and Q345B, two widely recognized and commonly used carbon structural steel grades in the industry. ASTM A36 carbon steel is a low-carbon structural steel with excellent weldability, formability and toughness, featuring a tensile strength range of 400-550 MPa and a yield strength of not less than 250 MPa. It is suitable for general structural components, such as building frames, bridges, brackets and machinery bases, due to its cost-effectiveness and reliable performance. Q345B, a Chinese standard low-alloy high-strength carbon steel, boasts higher yield strength (not less than 345 MPa) and better impact resistance (qualified at 20℃), making it ideal for structural parts that bear heavier loads, withstand complex stresses or work in harsh environments, such as high-rise building columns, crane beams and offshore engineering components. Both material grades undergo strict chemical composition and mechanical property control during production, ensuring uniform structure and stable performance of each profile.

Our hot rolled structural carbon steel profiles cover five main types, each with unique structural characteristics and application scenarios tailored to specific engineering needs. Angle steel, with a right-angle L-shaped cross-section, is divided into equal and unequal types, featuring simple structure, easy assembly and good load-bearing capacity, widely used as connectors, supports and cross braces in steel structures. Z-shaped steel, characterized by its Z-shaped cross-section, has excellent bending resistance and torsional performance, and is often used as purlins,檩条 and wall beams in steel structure workshops, warehouses and greenhouses, effectively adapting to the stress characteristics of roof and wall structures.

I-shaped steel (also known as I-beam) has an I-shaped cross-section with a wide flange and thin web, which enables it to bear large bending moments and shear forces, making it a core material for main load-bearing structures such as building beams, bridge girders and crane rails. C-shaped steel, with a C-shaped cross-section, has the advantages of light weight, high strength and flexible installation, and is widely used in the support system of steel structures, such as floor supports, wall keels and pipeline brackets. H-shaped steel, with a symmetrical H-shaped cross-section, combines the advantages of I-shaped steel and channel steel, featuring uniform stress distribution, strong load-bearing capacity and good structural stability, and is extensively applied in large-scale engineering projects such as high-rise buildings, large-span bridges, offshore platforms and heavy machinery bases.

All our structural carbon steel profiles are produced through advanced hot-rolling technology. During the production process, high-quality carbon steel billets are heated to a high temperature (usually above 1050℃) and then rolled into the required cross-sectional shapes through continuous rolling mills. This hot-rolling process not only eliminates internal defects such as pores, inclusions and segregation in the steel, making the internal structure uniform and dense, but also improves the ductility and toughness of the profiles, avoiding brittle fracture in practical application. Compared with cold-rolled profiles, hot rolled structural carbon steel profiles have lower production costs, better adaptability to subsequent processing (such as cutting, drilling, welding and bending), and are more suitable for large-scale mass production and heavy-duty engineering applications.

Before leaving the factory, all hot rolled structural carbon steel profiles undergo strict quality inspection in accordance with international and national standards, including dimensional accuracy measurement, mechanical property testing, chemical composition analysis and surface quality inspection, ensuring that every batch of products meets the rigorous requirements of customers and engineering projects. With reliable product quality, complete product specifications, superior comprehensive performance and professional after-sales service, our hot rolled ASTM A36 Q345B structural carbon steel profiles have become the preferred choice for customers in construction, machinery, bridge, offshore and other industries, providing strong support for the safe, stable and efficient operation of various engineering projects.
