1. What is equal angle steel?

2.Is equal angle hot rolled?
Equal angles are manufactured in the same rolling process that produces all hot rolled long products. Production tolerances range from 0.4 mm up to millimetres on larger sections, but unlike flats, squares and rounds etc.
3.How to identify equal angles?
To recap:
Vertically opposite angles are equal.
Angles at a point add up to 360°.
Angles on a straight line add up to 180°.
Corresponding angles on parallel lines are equal.
Alternate angles on parallel lines are equal.
