Product Description

H-beam is a new type of steel for economic construction. Method for Representation of Hot - Rolled H - Section Steel. H-beam is divided into wide flange H-beam (HK), narrow flange H-shaped steel (HZ) and H-shaped steel pile (HU) three categories.
The height of H × width B × web thickness t1 × wing thickness t2, such as the H-beam Q235B, SS400 200 × 200 × 8 × 12 200mm wide and 200mm wide web thickness of 8mm, wing thickness of 12mm Wide flange H-beam grades Q235BQ, 345B or SS400.

Product production process
The production process of H-shaped steel mainly includes hot rolling process and welding process.
1.Hot rolling process: The steel billet is heated to a high temperature and then undergoes a series of rolling processes to gradually form the shape of the H-shaped steel. This process has high production efficiency, stable product quality and excellent mechanical properties.
2.Welding process: The shape of the H-shaped steel is spliced by welding. During the welding process, the welding quality needs to be strictly controlled to ensure the strength and toughness of the weld. The welding process can produce some special specifications and shapes of H-shaped steel to meet specific needs.
Product Application

Widely used in various building structures, bridges, vehicles, brackets, machinery, etc., for example, the industrial structure of the steel bearing bracket, steel piles and underground engineering supporting structure, petro chemical and powerand other industrial equipment structure, shipbuilding, machinery manufacturing frame structure, train, car, tractor beam bracket, port conveyors, high speed shutter stents.

1.What type of steel is H-beam?
Steel Beam
A572/A992 Steel H Beam is a dual certified beam used where corrosion resistance is important. It contains small additions of vanadium or columbium, chrome, copper, nickel and molybdenum, that give A992 better weldability and material definition. The shape of the H beam makes it incredibly strong for columns.
2.What is the H profile steel beam?
The H-beam is square with equal height and width. The construction provides the beam with great strength and rigidity. The form of the beam prevents bending of the transverse parts. A steel beam is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
3.What does H mean in steel?
"H" grades are high carbon stainless steel grades, having improved strength at high temperatures - generally above 500°C. These high carbon grades have high short-term and long-term creep strength. They are usually produced in the form of pipe and plate
4.What is the difference between H and W beam?
In general, W-beams are ideal for projects that require strong horizontal support, such as bridges and buildings with large open floor plans. H-beams, on the other hand, are ideal for projects that require strong vertical support, such as high-rise buildings and other structures with multiple levels.
5.What is the best material for an H-beam?
Carbon Steel: This is the most common material used by h beam manufacturers for production. Carbon steel H-beams offer high strength and durability, making them suitable for a wide range of construction projects, including buildings, bridges, and industrial structures.
